BPA-free coating is a safe interior coating developed based on safety requirements. It is applied to the surface of the flat substrate through roller coating, and cross-contamination must be avoided during drying.
Film lamianted steel refers to a composite material made by laminating a layer of polymer film on the surface of cold-rolled tin/chromium plated steel sheets through high-temperature melting or gluing methods. It has the dual properties of polymer materials and metal materials.
Compared with coated iron (i.e. tinplate or chrome-plated iron coated internally and printed externally), high-temperature molten lamianted iron has the following performance advantages. First, better deep drawing resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and decorative properties. Second, no solvent waste gas is emitted during the production process, eliminating the drying process, causing less environmental pollution and being more energy-saving. Third, it is harmless to the human body. Film laminated steel does not require the use of chemical coatings and inks, nor does it use adhesives or solvents, ensuring human health and safety and solving the problems of environmental hormones and volatile organic compounds. In addition, film laminated steel can also be 100% recycled and reused, and the regeneration process does not produce dioxins. When the membrane is recycled and processed together with iron, the membrane is burned into water and CO2, and this part is converted into natural gas, which is used as a power source when the iron is heated.
